3.1 We advise our customers to thoroughly review all product details, dimensions, and finishes before finalizing a purchase. If you need any guidance prior to ordering, the Woodiq team is always available to help you select the ideal workspace solution for your requirements.

3.2 Orders may, in our sole discretion, be cancelled within 24 hours of the order placement, provided they have not been dispatched. Once an item has been shipped from our facility, the order is locked and can no longer be cancelled.

3.3 Orders can be cancelled directly through our website. Just log in, go to your ‘My Orders’ dashboard, and select the cancellation option before the item dispatches.

3.4 Bulk, customized, or corporate orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

3.5 Approved cancellation refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
