5.1 Installation services, where applicable, are provided by our Company on a complimentary basis as a value-added benefit.

5.2 As installation is provided as a complimentary service, no discount or compensation shall be applicable if the customer elects to decline the service or undertake self-installation.

5.3 In the event of customer unavailability or site inaccessibility during the scheduled installation visit, Company reserves the right to reschedule the service. Additional charges may apply for repeated visits. (Needs to be checked with all).
